The open planner stickers are about 0,9x1,4" wide so it will fit perfectly in your Erin Condren Life Planner and Happy Planner boxes. You can adjust the size to fit any planner with the jpeg file.

The file is created in US letter size but you should be able to print it on A4 paper by adapting your paper size in your printer options.
